he Delaware Shooting Stars Basketball Program is growing, and we’re looking for dedicated and passionate coaches to join our team. Whether you have years of experience on the sidelines or are looking to take your first step into coaching, we want to hear from you.

As part of our program, coaches play a vital role in player development, team culture, and creating memorable experiences for young athletes. We field competitive girls’ teams that participate in AAU and travel basketball circuits, playing against some of the best competition in the region.

We’re seeking individuals who:

• Have a genuine passion for teaching the game of basketball

• Value player development, sportsmanship, and teamwork

• Are committed to communication and organization

• Can work collaboratively within our program’s structure and philosophy
